Travel & Lodging Subsidy Information
HEDSS has made available some funds through the support of the U.S. Department of Energy/NNSA, to support full lodging expenses. Some travel and registration expenses will also be available to those that quality. The request for support is located on the registration form.
Deadline
This support is available on a first-come/first-served basis, so please submit your request by than May 17. Applicants will be notified as soon as feasible, but no later than May 24 of their awards.
